In the footage, brave Stefania Tarulla Zottola is seen hugging loved ones as she grins broadly while dressed in a pink Princess dress.

She is then lifted up to ring the large silver bell as spectators cheer the girl’s victorious battle with cancer at the US hospital.

Her proud parents Emiliano and Carolina, who launched an online GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for their daughter’s treatment, were also present at the ceremony.

Stefania celebrating she beat cancer

Stefania’s story made the headlines in her native Argentina after doctors discovered malignant tumours in the youngster’s bone marrow and brain.

They removed two of the three tumours and the girl is now in remission, according to reports.

Colombian pop star Maluma even visited the brave girl in December, making one of her dreams come true.

Netizen ‘Gabriela Lucchese’ said: “Stefi never doubted for a second that she would get better.”

‘Anabella Lopez Vergara’ commented: “So beautiful. Tears are rolling down the faces of anyone watching this video. She is a lioness, a goddess, a warrior, a princess. She is all love and pure attitude.”
