This is the moment a huge rat tackles a rival rodent to the ground before the pair brawls in the middle of a Mexican market.
The bizarre incident was filmed at a market in the Mexican capital Mexico City and the footage was shared on Twitter on 3rd December where it has gone viral with nearly a million views.
The video shows the moment two rats run off-camera before one of them is later seen charging at the other from behind.
The impressed cameraman says “they fight really well”.
Both animals engage in a physical struggle as they both jump and hit each other next to boxes of fruit as the cameraman says he will bet MXN 5,000 (GBP 189) on the “colourful” rat.

Both rodents eventually release each other and run off as the video ends.
The viral video received mixed responses by netizens with ‘YoselinGlezM’ saying: “These things are not seen in the first world, we should take advantage of it.”
‘Williamhell’ commented: “OMFG, arghh, this is insane, that is the level of infestation there is, they can do that in front of people who even enjoy watching them fight”.
‘Oesile’ said: “Good fight. It only needs Linkin Park in the background, but it is a good fight anyway.”
Some netizens even added funny audio including the Pokemon theme song and boxing commentators reporting on a big fight.
