Legal Bullying Against Trans Women, LGBTI Individuals and Women- Legal Violence and Harassment

In the traditional male dominated society of violence, the legal rights of Trans Women,LGBTI Individuals and Women are being violated. Trans Women,LGBTI Individuals and Women who are subjected to social harassment and violence by the society are criminalized when they complain to the police and the court. The right of Trans Women, LGBTI Individuals and Women to complain about perpetrators is usurped by legal bullying.
The complaints of Trans Women,LGBTI Individuals and Women who go to the police to complain about social violence are not received and their right to life is endangered. Police and courts protect perpetrators of violence. Gender violence in the society is legitimized by legal harassment.
Trans women, LGBTI Individuals and Women who are targeted by the heterosexist male-dominated violent society, who are subjected to social, physical abuse and violence, are forced to live with social and economic difficulties under the threat of harassment and violence.
Violent criminals make false denunciations to police, prosecutors and courts to legitimize their crimes, fabricate crimes, slander, defraud the laws. Criminals violate human rights and commit crimes.
The traditional male dominated violence society wants to devalue, defenseless, silence and criminalize Trans Women, LGBTI Individuals and Women, and they want to take away their right to life.
When Trans women, LGBTI Individuals and Women report criminals who use violence to the Prosecutor’s Office and the Court, criminals are not punished. Police, Prosecutors, Courts interrogate and criminalize Trans Women, LGBTI Individuals and Women, and apply legal bullying and legal violence.
Trans women, LGBTI Individuals and Women cannot live in their homes due to their gender identity, they are evicted from their homes, their housing rights are being usurped by the heterosexist male-dominated violent society. Violating housing rights is a crime and against human rights. Legal violence, legal bullying justifies the usurpation of housing rights.
Criminals who use violence in society must be punished. It is a crime to protect the criminals, it is a crime to legitimize the crimes committed.
In the European Court of Human Rights Convention, it is prohibited to use violence against Trans Women,LGBTI Individuals and Women.
Violence and harassment is a crime.
Legal bullying is a crime.
Legal harassment is a crime.
