The location of the incident

The puppy had reportedly broken its leg and was taken to a veterinary centre where it received the necessary treatment.

Kayaci gave the following statement: “I was sweeping the street, all of a sudden my head went numb. At that moment I threw the dog. I actually love dogs, I feed them with milk.

“I remembered the incident afterwards and I asked myself what I had done and I got mad with myself. I take medicine. When I don’t take my medicine I become strange. I didn’t understand why I did that.

“I told my mother about the incident, she got mad at me. I saw the dog afterwards and it wasn’t dead. If it was dead, I would have been punished more. I apologise to everybody.
