El Chapo’s Wife ‘To Write Tell-All Blockbuster’

A hairdresser pal of the wife of jailed drug lord El Chapo has hinted she wants to write a sensational tell-all autobiography after her release from jail.

Friend Sergio Fernando Arevalo, who has been close to Emma Coronel Aispuro for a year, hinted the secret plans to local media in Guatamala

She was jailed in the USA in 2021 on drugs charges but released in September last year after judges granted her an early release.

Sergio revealed that they discussed her plans while he was changing her look from a brunette to a blonde after she was set free.

When asked about El Chapo, Sergio said she did not mention him by name but hinted she wants to get her own version of their life out in public.

He said: “She did mention her husband, but his name was not mentioned.

“She told me something, she says things that I think she needs to talk about, I think one day she will speak and comment on everything.”

He added: “I told her to write a book.”

Sergio added:: “Emma Coronel is a very calm woman.

“I couldn’t believe that I had her in the chair.

“We talked, we talked about many topics, health, exercise, shoes, clothes. Nothing out of this world and you could see a calm and peaceful Emma before you.”

When he asked why she was changing her look, she said that it was time to start a new chapter in her life, according to local media.

They later talked about her stay in prison, with her saying that she read and studied a lot, and exercised.

The 34-year-old former model, who was born in California, was jailed for three years in November 2021, with the sentence later reduced to 31 months.

Joaquin’El Chapo’ Archivaldo Guzman was said to be the most powerful drug lords in the world, as the former had of Mexico’s notorious Sinaloa Cartel before his capture.

Experts say his world wide crime ring earned him a fortune of more than USD 1 billion.

In 2017 he was extradited to face trafficking charges in the USA where he’s serving life plus 30 years at the Supermax ADX Florence prison in Colorado State.
