This is the moment a fussy Malaysian mum disinfects her adult son at the airport following his return from Germany and walks behind him spraying his back and luggage while making their way to the car.
The incident was filmed at Kuala Lumpur International Airport in the western Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur and the footage was shared on Facebook by netizen ‘Qi En’ where it has been widely circulated.
Qi accompanied the footage with the message: “How to prevent coronavirus 101 by Asian mum.”
According to local media, Qi En’s brother is seen greeting his mum outside the airport while wearing a face mask.
He lowers his mask in anticipation of a big hug and kiss from his mum, but instead she starts spraying him with disinfectant.
Another clip shows her spraying his footwear before he grabs the can and starts disinfecting himself while sporting a big grin.
In the third video, the mother is seen hurrying behind her son with the spray can as he makes his way to the car.
