This is the moment a nightclub owner repeatedly slaps his employees because they failed to stand up when he entered the room.
The incident was filmed by CCTV cameras in the unnamed nightclub in the district of Besiktas in the north-western Turkish province of Istanbul and posted on social media.
In the footage, nightclub owner Sahin S., who appears both short in stature and temper, repeatedly slaps two workers on the reception desk identified as Enver and female worker Gaye Akil.

After hitting the two workers, the boss proceeds to walk through different areas of the club, striking at least two other employees.
Meanwhile, other workers look on with apparent fear.
According to local media, when he was slapping Gaye Akil and Enver, he shouted: “You must stand up when you see me.”
According to Gaye Akil, the short boss forced them both out of the club shouting: “If you come here again I’ll break your legs, I’ll kill you!”
Following the incident, Gaye Akil filed a complaint with the police.

She also went to hospital and obtained a six-month restraining order against the suspect.
She shared the CCTV footage on social media and asked for support.
It is unclear whether the nightclub owner is being investigated by the local authorities.
