This is the moment a defiant woman whips off her knickers and puts them over her face after being told she will not be served until she is wearing a mask by post office staff.
The incident was filmed by a post office CCTV camera on 24th May in the Ukrainian capital Kiev after the woman approached the counter without a face mask on.
In the footage, the woman is seen talking with a masked worker before gesturing to someone outside the post office and whipping off what appears to be her leggings.
The woman then proceeds to remove her undies which she then places over her face to get around the ‘new normal’ mask measure.
According to local media, the Nova Posha post office has confirmed the incident, and said that the worker who posted the CCTV footage on social media could be punished for sharing company information.
Witnesses said the woman in the video is a local resident and mother of two who was angered at being asked to wear a face mask by staff.
Netizen named ‘Vitali4’ commented: “Well, she found a way around it. No one has banned the use of panties instead of a mask yet!”
‘Jojinella’ said: “She was lucky she wasn’t wearing a thong that day otherwise the idea would have failed!”
