This is the moment a woman is knocked onto the tracks at a metro station by a fainting man just seconds before a train pulls in stopping just feet from her.
The dramatic scenes were recorded at the Pueyrredon metro station in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires by CCTV cameras on the platform.
In the video, an unnamed male passenger can be seen falling face-first to the floor on the platform after reportedly fainting.
He falls into a woman in front of him who is knocked onto the tracks. The woman remains lying on the tracks, reportedly unconscious, when a train pulls into the platform.
Onlookers can be seen desperately signalling for the driver to stop before the wagon crushes the woman.
The driver then manages to bring the train to a halt just a few feet in front of the unconscious woman.
The passengers on the platform then jump down to attend to the woman and footage shows her being treated by paramedics on the platform.
There are no updates on the woman’s condition or the condition of the man who fainted.
