This is the moment several white hares brawl over food left on the snowy ground at a Russian production plant.
The incident was filmed near the city of Salavat in the south-western Russian republic of Bashkortostan, and the footage was shown on the Russia-1 and -24 TV channels.
The hares are reportedly frequent visitors to the company site and workers often leave out treats for them to nibble on in the cold weather.
The footage shows a drove of hares sniffing around the snowy ground for food when two suddenly stand on their hind legs and start ‘punching’ each other.
The white hares continue scrapping until one of them scampers away and a worker throws another piece of food right by its feet.
However, the defeated hare, thinking it has a nice tasty treat to enjoy by itself, has to brawl over the food again after another rival challenges it.
Sadly for the furry fellow, it loses out once again and runs a safe distance away from its victorious rival as filming workers chuckle in the background.
