This footage shows the dramatic transformation of a 30-stone 10-year-old boy who transformed into a slimmed down teen after shedding over 17 stone.
Indonesian student Aria Permana made headlines around the world due to his weight as a 10-year-old back in 2016, and has now posted the before-and-after footage on Instagram where he has 350,000 followers.
Reports said the boy, who hails from the regency of Karawang in the south-western Indonesian province of West Java, weighed 192 kilogrammes (30.2 stone) as a 10-year-old.

With the guidance of Indonesian bodybuilder Ade Rai and a group of health professionals, Aria has reportedly managed to shed around 110 kilogrammes (17.3 stone).
The youngster also accompanies his strict training regime with a healthy diet and medical treatment, and he now weighs 83 kilogrammes (13 stone), according to his Instagram post.
Aria’s father Ade Somantri said that medical treatment, diet and a strict exercise routine helped his son lose so much weight.
He commented: “Aria managed to lose weight through bariatric surgery, diet and regular exercise. For me, they are all good and supportive of each other.”

Local media said the boy will undergo surgery later this year to remove his excess skin after so much weight loss.
The youngster’s story was widely circulated on social media and many Indonesians are said to be drawing inspiration from it to help them get into shape.
