This is the moment a terrified pooch is thrown out of a car by hijackers and is left stranded in the middle of the road by its owner who has already fled the crooks.
The incident took place in the Villa del Parque area of the Argentine capital Buenos Aires and was recorded by a CCTV camera.

In the video, three vehicles can be seen making their way down a quiet street when the first car is brought to a halt – stopping the two behind.
Two thugs then jump out of the car and the woman driving in the middle of three senses danger as she is penned in on both sides.
She gets out of her car and begins to run away, with three thugs chasing after her.
Another of the criminals then gets into her car before the three thugs who were chasing the victim run back.
One gets into the stolen vehicle but realises there is a dog on the back seat. The rear door is opened and the dog is thrown out onto the road, landing on its back.
The three cars then speed away and the dog is left by itself on the road looking for its owner.
No arrests have been reported and local media state that residents in the area are organising a protest to ask for more protection from criminals.
