This is the moment a bleary-eyed movie-goer is led out of the cinema where he was trapped after falling asleep during the latest Avengers flick.
Cinemagoer Yang, who was identified by his surname, is also pictured fast asleep in his seat inside the darkened auditorium in Yueqing, a coastal city in China’s eastern Zhejiang Province in images viewed more than five million times.

The 23-year-old had bought a ticket for a screening at 9pm local time on 5th May on the recommendation of his friends, but somehow managed to doze off during the much-anticipated film.
Yang later revealed he had been too tired from work – and that he was unfamiliar with the origin stories behind all the Marvel Comics characters.
When he finally woke up nearly two hours after the screening had ended, he found the cinema completely deserted.
Yao Xiaofa, an officer with Hongqiao Police Station, said: “He purchased a ticket for a late screening of ‘Avengers 4’ but fell asleep during the three-hour movie.
“When he woke up, the cinema was completely empty and every door was locked. He called the police for help.”
The police were fortunately able to get in touch with a staff member who arrived with the keys.
The grateful Yang was escorted out of the premises shortly after.
“Avengers: Endgame” is a culmination of 21 Marvel Cinematic Universe films in what is dubbed the ‘Infinity Saga’.
It became the second-highest grossing movie of all time in a record-setting 11 days after bringing in over 2.2 billion USD (1.6 billion GBP) from global ticket sales.
It is second only to James Cameron’s 2009 sci-fi hit “Avatar”.
