The Madhya Pradesh Forest Department and locals have closely observed tigress Collarwali’s evolution in her natural habitat

Her new arrivals have been welcomed by forest officials, who have reported the deaths of 28 tigers in the area in the last few months.

In the video footage, Collarwali is seen striding through a forested area with the cub in her mouth.

As she crosses an unmade road, two jeeps of tourists are seen on the other side observing and photographing the big cat before she saunters off.

A forest department spokesperson said: “The tigress was spotted with one of her new cubs by tourists recently. They are all very small but in good health.”
