According to reports, the BMW was being driven by seven-year-old Tolya while his nine-year-old brother Kostya held the black puppy they took out for a spin while their dad was asleep and drunk at home.

However, their adventure nearly turned to tragedy when little Tolya, who could barely see over the steering wheel, reportedly crashed into a lorry turning into a side street.

Reports said that no one was injured in the incident, although the local authorities have yet to confirm this.

A stunned motorist who passed the two boys cradling a puppy next to a badly-dented BMW stopped to offer help and recorded his exchange with the naughty siblings.

The video shows both brothers crying while asking for their dad.

During the exchange, they claimed that their father was drunk and asleep when they took the car out and their mother was not home.

‘Tatiana Tchazova’ commented: “Brave kids. They were very lucky!”
