A mutant lamb born with a huge mouth stretching from ear to ear has been born at a farm in Turkey.
The lamb’s mouth is so large that it has to be fed with a baby bottle because the milk falls out when it is suckling from its mother
Farmer Ramazan Akin, whose age was not disclosed, was shocked when he saw one of his sheep had given birth to such an unusual-looking lamb on his property in the district of Cemisgezek in the Turkish province of Tunceli.
Akin said one of the first things he noticed was that the little lamb was trying to circle milk from its mother but it kept flowing out of its mouth because it was wide open the entire time.

Akin said he had been a farmer dealing with animals for many years but this was the first time that he had seen something like this.
He said: “I saw the lamb when I went to check on my animals at night. I was shocked and scared.
“I feed the lamb with my hands. He cannot suck milk from his mother. I spend an hour a day and feed him slowly with a bottle to drip milk into its mouth. This is the third day.”
Akin added that he had come across disabled lambs with less obvious deformities like crooked necks before, but not anything like this.
