This is the moment residents scream as a tornado twists through a residential area at high speeds and throws up debris from several homes it damaged.
The tornado, which was reportedly accompanied by strong winds of between 180 and 250kph (112 and 155 mph), devastated areas in the city of Posadas in the north-eastern Argentine province of Misiones.
According to local media, the meteorological phenomenon took place at 2.37pm and only lasted for around 45 seconds.

Despite its short burst, the twister reportedly damaged over 10 homes.
The video shows the tornado spinning in the distance and throwing up debris and materials as several girls are heard screaming in fear.
According to the Office of Risk Prevention against Natural Phenomena (OPAD), the twister was formed by winds that reached between 112 and 155 mph and it struck the neighbourhood of Luis Piedrabuena a few miles south of the city centre.
OPAD director Favio Cabell confirmed that no one was injured in the incident although the tornado caused damage to over 10 houses and felled numerous trees.
The flooding of several local streets was also reported by local media.
