Etoo To Launch Music Career By Singing At Concert

Former Chelsea striker Samuel Eto’o is reportedly set to launch a music career by singing at a concert he is organising after hanging up his boots.

Eto’o, 38, made several social media posts announcing the ‘Eto’o and Friends’ concert which is set to take place at the Parc des Princes stadium in the port city of Douala located in the Littoral region in western Cameroon on 20th December.

One of his posts read: “Who says Etoo can not? You will be wrong for not coming… See you there! Adrenaline.”

Local media report Eto’o will not be alone on stage as other musicians such as Salatiel, Magasco, Tzy Panchak and Kerozen among others will join him as he reportedly launches his music career.

Eto’o recently made headlines after he being accepted into Harvard University to study business management after starting his company ‘Betoo’ which is presenting the concert where he will be giving his first performance.

Eto’o made 764 appearances scoring 371 goals in his 22-year career playing for club giants such as Chelsea, Barcelona and Inter Milan.

He helped Barca win La Liga three times and the Champions League twice, however, he failed to do the same in the Premier League.
