This is the moment a tattooed thug brazenly dognaps a French Bulldog tied up outside a shop in broad daylight before reportedly blackmailing its owner.
According to the dog’s owner Midori, she tied up the French Bulldog outside a shop at a Shell petrol station in Santa Cruz Atoyac in the central Mexican capital Mexico City while she popped in to buy cigarettes.

In those moments, a CCTV camera recorded a scruffy man with tattoos approaching Bayo the dog before untying it and walking it back to his car.
Midori reported the incident to the local authorities and asked for the security camera footage, but did not manage to get a copy, according to local media.
However, she finally managed to get the video from the obliging petrol station boss.
Since Bayo disappeared, its family has launched an online campaign to find the dog with the help of local residents.
Meanwhile, Midori claims that she has received phone calls demanding a ransom for the safe return of the French Bulldog.
It is unclear whether the local authorities are investigating the matter.
According to reports, there were 74 cases of dog thefts in Mexico City during 2018.
Most of the stolen pets were either sold on social media or used for breeding.
