This is the moment a fly screen breaks free from a residential block and strikes a passing woman in the head knocking her to the ground.

The footage was obtained from a security camera at a nearby business in the Guzelyali neighbourhood of Cukurova, a district of the Turkish city of Adana, on 9th June.
The video shows the mesh screen falling on the woman as she was passing by below after tearing away from a high window.
It drops onto the woman as she walks along the pavement with a companion and hits her in the head, instantly flooring her face down.
The screen had come loose from the apartment window for reasons that have not yet been established, and wind reportedly carried it down onto the street.

Her friend and a passerby who saw what happened rushed to help the injured woman.
Bystanders reportedly alerted the emergency services and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
Paramedics treated the woman at the location before taking her by ambulance to the nearest hospital, where she received further care.
The authorities have opened an investigation into the incident.
