This is the moment a Ukrainian MP involved in the Trump-Biden scandal apparently falls asleep during a parliamentary session.
Ukrainian politician Oleksiy Honcharenko, 39, was elected as an MP in 2014 for the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, now known as the European Solidarity party.
He has been an outspoken critic of the government in the wake of the recent scandal involving the country’s leadership and US President Donald Trump and presidential hopeful Joe Biden.

Honcharenko has called for a Ukrainian language transcript to be released of the phone call between the US and Ukrainian leaders.
He was re-elected as an independent in the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary election and is also the chairman of the Odessa Regional Council.
Local media has released a video of Honcharenko apparently fast asleep in the Verkhovna Rada, the parliament of Ukraine in the capital city Kiev.
In the clip, the MP is seen apparently taking a power nap on the bench as colleagues debate around him.
At the end of last month, Honcharenko reportedly demanded that the president’s office release a Ukrainian version of the conversation between the country’s leader Volodymyr Zelensky and US President Donald Trump regarding the Joe Biden scandal.
He said the Ukrainian president made a poor impression during his conversation with Trump and criticised his assurance to the US President that “the next prosecutor general will 100 percent be my person”, referring to the international scandal as a “foreign policy catastrophe”.
Netizen ‘Victoria R’ said: “Why on Earth do we need lazy bums like that? There is no sense in having them around. He should be stripped off his parliamentary mandate.”
‘HaloGenius’ commented: “At least nothing bad will happen while this man is asleep.”
