Sergio Ramos Building Huge 12 Million EUR Mansion

Sergio Ramos and his TV star WAG have begun work on their new 12-million-EUR mansion.

Spanish magazine Semana report the Real Madrid captain and his fiancee have torn down parts of the house on the plot of land they bought in the La Moraleja area of the Spanish capital for 4.2 million EUR (3.6 million GBP) and are starting to build their own custom mansion in its place.

Reports state the pair, who have three sons together, Marco, Sergio Jr. and Alejandro, are building a house of nearly 1,500 square metres with the plot itself encompassing some 15,000 square metres.

The couple are said to have disliked the old-fashioned style of the mansion which stood on the plot before and reports state that their new three-floor home will be worth 12 million EUR (10.35 million GBP).

Ramos’ basic salary at Real Madrid is reportedly 11 million EUR (9.49 million GBP) not including his sponsorship deals and other forms of income.

Ramos, 32, and Rubio, 41, have announced they will be married on 15th June this year and have confirmed that American rock group Aerosmith will perform at the ceremony which 400 guests are expected to attend.
