Russia Kate Moss Sparks Fury With Corona Jetset Snaps

The model dubbed the ‘Russian Kate Moss’ – and daughter of former tennis number one Yevgeny Kafelnikov – has sparked fury by bragging about her jetsetting on social media amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the face of lockdowns in many countries around the world, Alesya Kafelnikova, 21, bragged: “There is very little in this world that can stop me.”

Netizens have accused the model and daughter of a national sports hero of behaving like a spoiled child after she recently jetted out of France into Dubai before then flying to the Maldives.

Reports said she was staying at the luxurious Alpine mountain resort in Courchevel in the French commune of Saint-Bon-Tarentaise before leaving for Dubai ahead of the lockdown.

Kafelnikova bragged on Instagram: “There is very little in this world that can stop me, especially when you can enjoy a spontaneous holiday.

“After spending all day on the phone, I suddenly managed to get the last ticket to Dubai, which will shut down entry as of 17th March.”

After spending a few days on an empty Dubai beach, Kafelnikova left for another plush resort in the Maldives.

She said: “I am living my life and not feeling any sorrow.”

The Russian model later posted a snap of her enjoying a cold glass of champagne alongside the message: “Curfew in the Maldives… the only place I am allowed to leave the villa for is the ocean.”

However, many netizens were appalled by the frivolous celebrity’s jet-setting exploits, and ‘Dino_Snupi_i_Danila’ said: “I think she is setting an awful example to teenage girls.”

‘Dr-Cat’ remarked: “Such an idiot. Young people don’t show any symptoms of the virus most of the time, but are the biggest transmitters. She is really is very stupid.”

‘BlondyIra’ commented: “She doesn’t get it, if the virus doesn’t stop spreading, there will be no fashion shows, photoshoots or endorsement contracts. You and your image will not be needed during a major global recession.”
