Man Rapes Lesbian To Make Her Like It

A man who violently raped a lesbian he met in a pub in Paris saying he would “make her like it” has been jailed for 15 years.

The victim, 34, had been drinking with a friend in a pub at Place de la Republique in Paris in October 2017 when she was approached by the man from Tunisia.

The court heard that she had decided to take the younger man, aged 24, home to her flat in Saint-Ouen, which is in the Seine-Saint-Denis department on the outskirts of Paris, and they were beginning to have sex when when she changed her mind and asked him to stop.

The victim identified only as Jeanne in reports said he called her a “little b*tch” and said, “Ah, you’re into girls. I’ll make you dig it.”

She said: “He grabbed me by the hair, threw me on the bed and started to strangle me. I told myself I was going to die.”

Nearly two hours of beating and sexual abuse followed before the rapist left the flat after stealing a signet ring and her credit card.

The suspect denied raping, beating and robbing the woman on the first first day of his trial before the Seine-Saint-Denis assize court in the northern French department of Seine-Saint-Denis.

But the court rejected this after Jeanne said: “He punished me for three things: being a lesbian, not being afraid to take him home and not being afraid to say no.”

A medical examination showed numerous wounds all over the victim’s body, a perforation of her eardrum and bruises on her neck and chest.

The suspect was arrested in Boucherville-Saint-Clair in the department of Calvados, where he lives with his wife, after two weeks of investigation.

On Thursday morning, the suspect’s wife took the stand and said that he was not violent although he had once slapped her for cheating on him.

She described how he had arrived in France from Tunisia alone at the age of 15, before being placed in a home and he was later imprisoned several times for drug trafficking and robbery with violence.

The prosecutor stated that “4 percent of heterosexual women say they have been raped before while this number rises to 10 percent with homosexual woman”, speaking of a “King Kong theory” in which “a macho is more violent with a lesbian.”

He has now been jailed for 15 years.
