This footage shows a baby seal escaping from a car boot and crawling onto the back seat while being taken to an animal centre for treatment after the volunteer driving the car found it skinny and injured.
Near Saint Petersburg, in Russia, on Sunday, 13th April, with the video showing the volunteer, named only as Sergei, driving along when he realises the seal is climbing out of the boot and onto the back seat.
The poor baby seal appears to try to make its way out of the car but is stopped by the window.

Reports said that the seal was taken to the Baltic Seal Friends Foundation.
The foundation said in a statement: “This is already Sergei’s third seal. But this particular seal found it very humiliating to travel in the boot, so it moved to the leather back seat of a Mercedes, where it travels to the centre as a worthy and respected patient.”
