This is the shocking moment a shirtless and reportedly drunk British tourist attacks his wife and young children outside a restaurant before onlookers rush in to stop him.

The CCTV footage shows the incident in the resort town of Marmaris, in the Turkish province of Mugla, on 1st July.
The video shows the man repeatedly striking the woman until she falls to the ground and lies motionless, as their young children try to intervene and are struck as well.
One of the children is shoved away with force as he attempts to pull his father back.
Restaurant customers, staff and passers-by can be seen stepping in and eventually restraining the man.
The assault took place at the entrance to a busy restaurant in the Armutalan neighbourhood, where it was captured by a security camera.
The family had reportedly travelled to the resort for a holiday when an argument broke out for a reason that remains unclear. The suspect also reportedly assaulted restaurant staff who tried to intervene.

Police were called to the scene and detained the man, who has not been named.
An investigation has been launched, and no official update has been given on the condition of the woman or the children.
The footage has since spread widely on social media, reigniting debate about violence against women.
