Dogs Rescued From Squalor But 6yo Girl Left Behind

A 6-year-old girl has finally been taken into care after animal charity bosses complained they were allowed to rescue 19 pooches from a cruel puppy farm but forced to leave the kid living in squalor behind at the same address.

The shocking incident happened when the animal charity learned that 19 animals were being kept in shocking conditions on a puppy farm in the city of Saratov, the administrative centre of the Saratov Oblast region, in western Russia.

The zoodefender also published a series of pictures showing the unsanitary conditions of the dwelling: various trash, mess, dirty cages with animals. Among all this, and lived a 6-year-old girl

The animals included Spitz, Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas and other small breeds that can be sold for large sums after being produced cheaply in bad conditions.

However when Isabella Faizova from the animal charity turned up to collect the dogs with a court order, she was horrified to see that the child appeared to also be living in appalling conditions and yet no order had been made for her removal.

She wrote that the dogs and their puppies were suffering from a wide variety of ailments because of their poor care, and asked with reference to the child who was being raised in the same place “Where is the PDN?” referring to the local juvenile affairs unit.

Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region, reports that the child was removed from the family of owners of an underground kennel

The images showed rubbish strewn around the property, cages filled with dirty animals, and although not shown said that the six-year-old girl was also living in the mess.

She posted about it online together with pictures of the kennels that the animals were being kept in, causing an outrage response on social media, and resulted in a court order for the little girl also to be taken away by social workers.

Police officers confirmed that they had taken the girl away from her family after confirming serious concerns about the living conditions she was being raised in.
