According to reports, five people were shot and killed in the dramatic gunfight.
It is believed that the video game-like footage was filmed by a Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel member wearing a helmet camera.
In the shocking video, a pickup truck is seen arriving at the site as one gangster opens fire on the building entrance with what appears to be a machine gun.
The camera pans to show at least two other men in bulletproof vests showering the building with bullets while behind them is another vehicle, also with several gunmen.
The group moves in and one cartel member in a yellow top and protective vest fires bullets into fallen rival lying on the ground.
As several men enter the building, spraying bullets as they go, a pickup truck reverses into a boarded entrance to what appears to be a garage.
After appearing to take out all the targets, the gang members return to their vehicles.
According to local media, the five victims have been identified and are aged between 20 and 41 years old.
Meanwhile, police found over 70 bullet shells at the scene.
It is believed that the cartel gunfight was over territory.
The suspected leader of the Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel has been named as Jose Antonio Yepes Ortiz, alias ‘El Marro’.
The Jalisco New Generation Cartel is allegedly headed by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, one of Mexico’s most-wanted drug lords.
The local authorities have launched an investigation.
