This is the moment a bungling burglar is filmed taking items from an office after he failed to turn off a security camera despite disabling 16 others.
The incident took place at a steel door factory at the Kayseri Organised Industrial Zone in the central Turkish province of Kayseri when the suspected thief entered the premises with keys he had reportedly acquired.

He then spent half an hour deactivating the cameras, but forgot one in the office, according to local media.
The suspect reportedly gathered a company stamp, an employee attendance list, payroll information, ledgers and other important documents kept in the office.
In the video footage from the camera he forgot to turn off, the man is seen rummaging through drawers and bags in the office.
Reports said that he left behind valuable items such as laptops and jewellery, both in the drawers he searched, and instead collected a box-full of documents.
However, for some reason he decided to leave the box behind and it was found at the stairs in front of the office, according to local media.
The police have confirmed that they are investigating the attempted robbery and are trying to identify the suspect from the footage.
