A biker gang boss accused by Swiss prosecutors of sex trafficking is flaunting his luxury lifestyle after Bosnia won his extradition to continue the crime probe – and then freed him.
Nermin Culum was released in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 30th April after spending nearly four years in custody in Switzerland.

Swiss media said the decision has raised concerns because insiders had warned that Bosnian authorities might treat the alleged crime boss leniently once he was returned to his homeland.
Those fears grew after reports that his brother Armin Culum, known as Boki and described as the “world president” of the United Tribuns biker gang, had previously been released in Sarajevo under restrictions after only a year in custody.
Nermin spent just one month in detention in Bosnia after being extradited from Switzerland on 31st March at the request of the Bosnian Ministry of Justice.
He has since reportedly been seen back on social media posing at a luxury villa and climbing into a red Ferrari.

Swiss media reported that the biker boss appeared on a newly created Instagram profile showing off the lavish lifestyle he once enjoyed before his arrest.
One Instagram user reportedly wrote: “Welcome home, brother.”
Another user reportedly posted: “Forever Tribuns.”
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed that Culum, a founder of the United Tribuns biker group, had been freed from custody while the investigation continues.
Judges ordered him not to leave his place of residence, travel, or meet certain people.
Culum had been arrested in August 2022 at a border crossing between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia on an international warrant issued by prosecutors in the Swiss canton of Aargau.

Swiss investigators accused him of being part of an international prostitution and human trafficking network.
He is also alleged to have helped lure a minor from Switzerland into a trap so she could be forced into prostitution.
Bosnian media said Culum is under investigation in Bosnia and Herzegovina for organised crime, international human trafficking, inducing prostitution, and money laundering.
The case is linked to a wider investigation involving his brother Armin Culum and others.

The brothers founded the United Tribuns biker group in Germany in 2004.
The group later became one of Europe’s most feared biker gangs, with members linked to drug trafficking, pimping, and violence.
German authorities banned the organisation in 2022.
Bosnian media reports said the United Tribuns has been declared a national security threat in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while Germany has classified it as a mafia-style organisation.

Swiss media said investigators had feared for years that the brothers were able to build their criminal network in the Balkans despite international arrest warrants.
Culum has not been convicted in the current case, and the allegations remain under investigation.
