This adorable eight-year-old boy who was reported missing in Bristol in the UK by his mum in March has been returned to her after his dad allegedly kidnapped the youngster and kept him in Spain.
According to local media, little Angelo Jurado-Marmolejo was reported as missing from Bristol on 2nd March and the British police posted a photo of the boy with his father, Rafael Cabello.
The UK police added that the father was being investigated on suspicion of kidnapping.
Reports said that Angelo, who lives with his Colombian mum full-time in Bristol, had visited the town of Puente Genil in the southern Spanish region of Cordoba with his Spanish dad, but he failed to return home as agreed by the parents.
After allegedly breaking the court agreement, the local authorities have confirmed that they have identified Cabello’s location.
Meanwhile, little Angelo is back with his mother in the UK, according to reports.
It is currently unclear how they were found or if the father has been arrested yet.
The concerned mother staged protests about the situation in the UK, Spain and Colombia where she is from, according to local media.
She said the Spanish demonstration was due to “Rafael’s family’s silence” over the matter.
