According to local media, the cops arrested three suspects at the cafe and one of them was injured back at the police station when he disobeyed their instructions.

After the footage was widely shared on social media showing how the man was injured, the incident was investigated by the Aktobe Internal Affairs Department and 10 police officers have been fired while three others have been disciplined, according to local media.
